Sharepoint central administration:Service Unavailable

Just installed Sharepoint and looking around it.

The problem is when I open Sharepoint central administration page I get
"Service Unavailable" error message.



Other than this every thing is work fine.

Even I can access the sharepoint.

Any help?

You might want to check the application pool for the administration  web site. I
think that's where your problem  resides.

Check the Application pool Pasword.............

But i tried to change the pasword,gave confime password & then apply & ok &
then

When i open  it again its shows me my old password which is actually 7 digits
& new one is 12 digits.

after changing the password restart the IIS .
