SharePoint Backup and Restoration

We have hosted sharepoint on a front end web server and the SQL Database on another server.

We are taking backup of the
SPS Config db,
Portal_site
Portal_Prof
and
Portal_serv databases using Leagto

For a sharepoint backup and restoration strategy .Is this enough.

If not what else should i do.

If this is enough can i test the restoration by restoring

SPS Config db and the Prof , Serv and Site databases.

Have been to the premium content area and the only recorded live meetings there are

Moving a Server Farm
The movie is 40 minutes in length, 134mb
-Right click and choose "Save Target As" to save

Building a Server Farm
The movie is 35 minutes in length, 117mb
-Right click and choose "Save Target As" to save

Neither of these seem to be to do with doing a full backup  and restore – am I missing something ?
