SharePoint Admin/Security Tool Recommendations

Just looking for recommendations for a third party tool that will help us
manage permissions across SharePointbetter (i.e. see what libraries/sites a
user has access to)?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for a tool that would help us get a
view of which site collections/sites/doc libs/etc are using the most storage
space?

2007 or 2010? SharePoint Manager works well for some things with 2007, and it's
free. I'm not even sure what all you can do with it.

Take a look at ControlPoint from
Axceler(www.axceler.com/.../ControlPoint.aspx),it
does all that.
