I would greatly appreciate any assistance with these two issues:

Sharepoint Admin Tool
I cannot open the admin tool. When I choose Sharepoint Admin Tool from
Administrative Tools nothing happens. The workspaces become unavailable and
I have to end the MMC.exe process in Task Manager to ensure the workspaces
are accessible. Our Sharepoint server is acting quite strange - the
workspaces are unavailble every morning and I have to reboot the server. Any
ideas?

Deleting a workspace
I deleted a workspace a good while back (before the problems above) and the
workspace appeared to delete successfully via the Admin tool. However, if I
use the PLEX tool to access "http://spsserver/Sharepoint
Portal Sever" I can see a folder for the
workspace I deleted. We have Galaxy backup software installed and the SPS
backup is failing because it is trying to backup this "deleted" workspace.
Does anyone know how I can safely remove all references to this workspace?
