SharePoint 2010 People Search-results not updating

I have made some changes to user profiles in AD and also in the users' profiles'
in their mysite (things like "Ask me about", "interests" etc..)
I then do a profile sync and a crawl, yet none of the changes are reflected in
the people search results. They are reflected in a regular "all sites" search,
but I want the results to be displayed in the rich format that the people
results are displayed in.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

Did you do an incremental or full crawl? An incremental might not pick up
the changes in a profile.

Also, did you check the crawl log and look at the last time the SPS:
addresses were crawled. These are the ones used by People Search. If they
didn't crawl then you won't see the results.

Its added to the content sources..
Yet I don't see that its getting crawled..
And we have been doing full crawls.
