Sharepoint 2010 Organization Browser

Can someone point me to some info on configuring the Organization
Browser in 2010 or a site that has a working demo of the Organization
Browser? We were just about to pay a developer to make something like
this for us.

You need to set up User Synchronization with an AD which contains users where their Manager Properties are set
