When i configure federated results for a searching through the internet, though i have done all the steps such as configuring a fedrated location, it does not show any result. Even the inbuilt federated location of bing is not showing any results.I also entered a proxy port in the Search application in central administration. Still its not working.
Am i missing something?Is it a firewall issue or something else?
