*Issue:* Stopped working with external server error
*Root Cause:* Facebook changed their security approach, not allowing for API
access to Business Pages.
*Remediation: *Create ‘dummy’ user account on webpart Page and reconfigure

user account approach will not work as user's 'wall' only returns one feed
of the web page. Facebook does not yet have a solution for this issue.
