Using Sharepoint 2007 when I try to use Infopath 2007 and publish

Building Office 2007 Sol'ts in 2005 on page 103 (top page - not
actual page from pdf) and after entering the intranet site where I've
created the softball team (http://vsmoss/sites/intranet/softball) I
get an error: "Infopath cannot find or cannot access the following
Web Server:
http://vsmoss/sites/intranet/softball - Make sure that the web server
name is valid, that your proxy settings are correct, and that you
have the necessary permissions tp publish this library. If the server
reequires you to log on through the browser, log on there and select
the option to remember your log on information, then try to publish
again."
So if I use the Kerberos [for authentication] key with the command:
SETSPN -A HTTP/VSMOSS.DOMAIN.LOCAL DOMAIN\ADMINISTRATOR (also did:
SETSPN -A HTTP/VSCLIENT.DOMAIN.LOCAL DOMAIN\ADMINISTRATOR for good
measure). I thought that would get me in to the site when I publish
the travel.xsn template to the team forms document in my intranet
forms library called team forms. Also for note, I added http://VSMOSS
on my list of trusted sites, and under ie7 - clicked custom level
button, and under user authentication I set settings choosing custom
I selected Automatic logon with username and password. Any help or
link to resolve this impasse would be great.
