SharePoint 2007: Cannot import this Web Part

I have converted a webpart of 1.1 framework to 2.0 framework. Now I am going to
add this web part into My Sharepoint site then it shows following error.

"Unable to add selected web part(s). Cannot import this Web Part."

if any one has idea about what is the cause of this error.?
