Sharepoint 2007

Has anyone brought data from a 2003 sharepoint server into a 2007
sharepoint server? If so, what method did you use?

I currently have a production 2003 server and a test 2007 server. Was
wanting to copy (via sharepoint restore)into the SPS2007 server. Is
this possible?

If you have 2 servers up, one 2003 and one 2007, I believe that you want to look at the Content DB migration method. I don’t believe Sharepoint restores would be the way to go.
