SharePoint 2003 + Vista (Unable to use Dynamic HTML Editor)

Comes up with an error when you click it... "Cannot open Rich Text Editor". I've
already applied hotfix KB941204, which still did not resolve our issue. Anyone
else encounter this before? What was the fix?

Already been through that... on the horn with MSFT.
