SharePoint 2003 Uninstall after MOSS07 Upgrade?

Here's a question (or two):

1) Can you just uninstall SPS 2003 after you upgrade to MOSS 2007?

2) I also see the WSS 2.0 is still installed on the server, can I just
uninstall that too?

If everything has been migrated...........

What do you mean if everything has been migrated. Whe you upgrade  in
place, doesn't it bring everything over for you?

...or am I missing something?

I mean you need to perform the post upgrade  task list and be happy that
the migration is completed
