SharePoint 2003 Migration Strategies and Solution

First, I sincerely hope people don't find this posting to the SharePoint
Yahoo groups inappropiate. Please send me personal feedback if you do.

Second, in this presentation on Feb. 24 I will be featuring the new
Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Document Library Migration Tools
(Spout.exe and Spin.exe). This pair of Web Storage System document library
to SQL Server document library content migration tools are expected to be
released over the next few weeks. I will be covering them in detail.

Note: The actual presentation is pre-recorded by MSD2D allowing the
presenter to fully participate in a live chat session during the webcast and
afterwards. No more "please wait until the end of the talk to ask your
questions". This is a great innovation on the part of the folks at MSD2D.

I'm looking forward to answering your SharePoint content and portal
migration questions.

Do you know when these tools (i.e. spin.exe) will be available?

I've received confirmation that the tools will be available for download by
time of the Feb. 24 MSD2D webcast:
www.parallelspace.net/sharepoint/msd2d-webcat.htm.

The final version of the tools have been cut and has started through the
Microsoft RTW process.
