Can I Share Shared Documents

I need a ways or a solution which will allow to Use a Shared Web Part
in One site to refer to the Shared Documents in a different site. Is
it possible !! i attempted and the Shared Webpart refers to the
shared document in the same site and couldn't find a way to refer
shared documents in someother sites.
