Share Point Protal Server 2003 Backup restore problem after upgrade

I am trying to restore the backup after upgrade Service Pack2 of both
WWS 2.0 and SPS 2003.

Following below mentioned error is displaying during restore process.

All restore operation did not succeed, See the log file for details.

The results of the previous operation are currently displayed. To begin
a new operation, click Reset.
