setup.exe /settings <mysettings.ini>

I need to know the /o <parameters=value> and or the /settings <mysetting.ini> parameters and values that I can set so that I can have a silent install of sharepoint portal server. It would be nice if there was a list somewhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
