We have set up SharePoint Security so that all Security is managed
using NT Domain Groups in Active Directory. i.e. for each Area there
are corresponding Publisher and Approver Groups where the Contributor
and Content Manager roles are assigned the NT Groups.

Now when a user gets added to an NT Group, it doesn't take effect
right away but requires a Server Reboot. Is there any way to avoid
this?
