Our emails sent from SPD2007 workflows have always listed either the
WebApplication as an email address or the default email address of our
SharePoint Admin in the 'From' field of the email. Out of nowhere, our emails
are coming in showing the site's title as the 'From' account. The header still
shows it as coming from the web application email address but it has the
SiteTitle as the email alias.

The server admins swear they didn't change anything. We saw this on one of our
DEV WebApplications a few months ago and we all assumed one or the other of us
made the change. Now it has occurred again and we just want to know what gives.
We LIKE the change! We don't necessarily want to roll it back but we want to
know if this change will stick when we move an application to PROD...

Anyone have a clue about where this is set or what may have happened to cause
this change?
