I will have a recurring event that I will allow everyone to see. The venue can hold a maximum of 100 people. I want to allow people to signup to attend the event, which will limit the availability to others once the 100 spots have been used up. If someone chooses to remove their name the spot should be freed up.Any ideas on the best way to handle this through SharePoint?
If it were me, I’d wrap a part around evite.com since they do that function very nicely, and for free JAs far as using native sharepoint tools, I’m at a temporary loss.
