We have a web part on the home page of SharePoint that we only want specific
people to see. Being a web part, SharePoint will only allow you to Deny people
instead of Allow.

So, under Portal in the client tool, I right click and bring up the properties
of that web part. Then I go to the security tab.

We have 1800+ accounts that we first deny. Then we remove about 60 accounts.
Those accounts that we remove are accounts we want to see the web part.

For some reason SharePoint still denies those accounts the specific web part.
This is after we Apply the changes.

We are now going to make an NT login group that has all accounts minus the 60 to
see if security will then work.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening. Is there a security account
limit to deny?
