I have a client that wants to use WSS in the future to track
different support issues that come in through a shared email
account. Currently they have quite a bit of legacy data in
their Outlook Email threads and would love it if it could be searched
from SharePoint. Is it possible to search through email boxes from
SharePoint or do you have any ideas on how I could get the
information into SharePoint so it can be searched?
The plan for the future is to create an issue item for each support
request that comes in.
