Search in Folders/Subfolders using the Property Browser webpart

Thanks for the SPSFAQ030195 on how to specify a search scope of Folder +
Sub Folder on the Document library. Very useful.

I was wondering if anyone has extended that, and modified the SQL query
for the Property Browser web part to also limit its Search scope to a
Folder and/or subfolder.
