Search into file server

I have a question about searching, here is the scenario:

I have a server running SPS2003 and another server as a PDC/File
server. I was created folders in the file server named "groups". Under
"groups" folder there were "HR" and "public" folders. The permission
for "groups" folder is set to "Everyone", "public" folder is set to
"Everyone", and for "HR" folder is set to "Group-HR" (based on Active
Directory). I was also added a content source named "File server" in
SPS, the location is set to "\\FSERV\groups". I was created two Word
documents, first called HR-doc (put in "HR" folder), and another one
called Public-doc (put in "public" folder).
When I started the compilation process for "File server" content
source, there was no error in SPS server. But when I tried to search
for this document from SPS, I just got the file from "public" folder.
I wasn't got file from "HR" folder. I have changed the Default Content
Access Account into domain "Administrator", but still no result.
Anyone can help me regarding this issue?

Check the indexer logs - do both files show up as being indexed? Also, what
user are you using to do the search? SPS search  results are security trimmed,
so if the user you are running  the search as doesn't have read permissions to
the document  it won't appear in the results.
