Does anyone know why right scroll bars not appear on webpart when
height is fixed and content is more than that can be displayed in the
allocated area. I have fixed the height, it seems to just ignore
the 'fix' parameter and expand web part display area for all the
content to be displayed. I want to fix the height and add scroll bar
on the right if content is more than that can be displayed in the
area.
