Screen display on clients

When a clinet opens the portal, the columns (section boundaries)
change such that the little boxes (to expand the web part) are hidden
behind the border for the next column. It looks fine on my
development station, just bad on client stations.

Any suggestions?

Not that this fixes your problem but don't forget, unless they are coordinators,
they won't be needing those buttons anyway. You may not want to spend a lot of
time working on a fix.
