Save report (built in RB2.0) to document library

Asked By: Palak    Date: Feb 16    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1991

I have installed report builder 2.0 in my integrated reporting services / sharepoint environment. Click once works great and report builder 2.0 works as it should. The problem I'm having is that I am not able to save the report (build in report builder) to my desired document library.

I have a web application (http://server:1000/) which has a report site collection. In this collection I have a document library (http://server:1000/sites/Sandbox/docLibrary). When I try to save a report builder 2.0 report I am only given the option to savet the report to http://server:1000/FormSeverTemplate where I would actually like to save the report to the above mentioned library.

My guess it that this is a permissios problem, but I can't seem to find any permissions that are not already granted to my user. I'm an owner of the site collection and an administrator in central administrator.

I created a new web  application, and with this new application  rb 2.0 was able to access the correct libraries. I'm not sure why the original web app was not able to do so other than to speculate that something must have gotten corrupted during the install of rb 2.0.
