RSS Viewer Web Part Not Displaying Latest RSS

On MOSS publishing site home page, it has 2 RSS Viewer Web Part
(OOTB). We just noticed that the RSS Viewer web part are not
displaying the current RSS. I changed the dataview caching time-out to
1 second and the problem is still there.

What could be going on here? If I put the FeedReader from CodePlex on
the same page, it displays the current feed. But I can't modify the
style of the FeedReader without messing with the source code.

Here are the one of the feed I am getting:
