RSS solution for a remotely hosted WSS environment?

We're looking for a RSS solution for a remotely hosted WSS environment. The
implication of being "remotely hosted" is that no software bits can be
installed on the WSS server.

The RSS solution needs to run on a second computer/server and perform its
inventory of the WSS sites, doc libs and lists using SharePoint web
services.

Is anyone aware of an RSS solution what works with SharePoint in this way?

I should have been more clear: We looking for an RSS solution  for *creating*
an RSS feed (from sites/lib/lists in a hosted  WSS environment  read) ....not
an RSS reader web part solution.
