Document Routing/Approval:
When a document is Routed for Approval and if an Approver rejects the
document from being published, there is no way to be notified of this
rejection. The document just goes back to the last state of "checked
in".

Document Version History:
If a user is marked as having "reader" access to a document, then this
person does NOT see ANY version history for the document from the
website. The user must be at least an "author" to see the version
history.

Document Profile:
Comments associated with the document profile are NOT displayed as part
of the visible document "profile" when doing a "show actions" on a
document from the website.

Subscription Email Notifications:
1.) Comments: Is it possible and if so how can the comments from a
published document be included in the email Subscription Notifications.
2.) Is it possible and if so how can the "Delete this subscription" link
be removed from the email subscription notification.
