We have one-to-many, parent/child, lists on sub-sites because we need
different permissions on the child list columns, otherwise it could be one
larger list. The lists are small, and generally it is 1->1.2 or so.

We need a roll-up (aggregate) view of all these sub-site lists with sorting,
filters, & Excel export.

We investigated & gave up on CQWP a *long* time ago. Bamboo & Coras WPs come
close but cannot handle aggregating while including the parent & child
relationship.

Do we have to give up the separate permissions for parent & child? What other
choices do we have? We are not gurus nor developers. We do use SPD.
