On one of our farms, we're getting an error when users are trying to modify text
using the rich text editor in the CEWP. The error is "Cannot retrieve
properties at this time". The RTE opens up at this point when the user tries to
save their changes, a second message comes up "Cannot save your changes". Any
idea what causes this? The only tip I've received is to recycle your app pools
but this hasn't helped.
