I have a problem with return of smart part.

When I add custom properties (attributes) through my user control, I can not get
user input correctly.

Here is an example:

I introduce a propety named "Baslik". I am able to get the the property
correctly, if I don't use Turkish characters like (ç,ý,þ,ö).

When I use those turkish characters, Turkish characters are replaced with some
other characters.

How could I solve this issue?
