I have some custom forms in a MOSS 2007 implementation, and the client would
like to flip a certain switch based on a custom profile property. What's
the best way to retrieve the property?

My first thought was to use the User Context Filter web part, but it throws
an error because it's trying to hide itself ("The Hidden property cannot be
set on Web Part 'UserContextFilter1', since it is a standalone Web Part.").
