Restrict "Folder Creation" access of members

Hi,

I am an administrator of our SharePoint site.

A quick question: can I restrict “folder creation” rights of members in Contributor Permissions?

In other words, I do not want team members to create folders in specific doc library. Can I do that? Members have Contributor Permission for this doc library.
