I am a newbie to Sharepoint. I have accidently deleted the users
from AD. Even though I re-created the userID's to reflect the
original, I am not able to login to the portal site. Therefore, I re-
added the 'restored' users to the portal.

The problem is that, whenever the users try to access the MySite
area, its is prompting out message displaying that the site cannot
be created as the site already exist with the similar account.

Is there any possible way to re-link the effected site(s) to the
owner i.e. the users?

I have tried to restore the SQL data, but then even though the
information were all restored, the problem to access to access the
site exist i.e its is prompting out message displaying that the site
cannot be created as the site already exist with the similar
account.

Help is really appreciated as I am really having problem to restore
the data.
