Restore explorer view

In managing my custom views, i want the explorer view (that lets users copy
and remove what they want) to be
A personalized view. Anyone know how to do this?
Also, I deleted the explorer view, but I don't know how to restore it (I
can't make a new custom view with a link to webflder.aspx.
