Restore Error on SPP 2003 after update Service Pack 2 of SPS and WSS

I have SPP Server 2003 with SP2, after upgrade SP2 of SPS 2003 and WSS
2.0, I take the backup.

Now I prepared a separate server of SPP 2003 + WSS 2.0 with SP2 and
trying to restore the backup but error message displaying during Restore
process.
