when i restore the backup of sharepoint V1 msdmback Automation Error occur

when i restore the backup of sharepoint V1 msdmback Automation Error
occur .how can i remove this error and ready the sharepoint server.
its very urgent please help me..

Make sure your services are in the proper disposition (I believe all
Sharepoint and IIS services must be in a started state). Also, make sure
you are running the msdmback  process as a local admin on the server. I
have had issues running this through remote services.
