Resolving Event Calendar Date Conflicts ( For money atleast) ???

Is there any event calendar web part that has solved the Conflict dates and can
even send alert mails to users.

Please please anyone give me a solution.( If the webpart is for pay of money
also not a problem). I would be very thankful.

my job is in trouble so pls just spare a few minutes of ur time to giv me a
solution..
