Reset site to site definition

Asked By: Garrett Reyes         Date: Jan 21, 2007      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 1161

We have 1000 unghosted pages/wss. After migration we want to restore
all these sites to site defintion.

But I do not wish to go to all 100 sites to reset them
individually... Is there any way that you can restore everything at
once.

I have already done it for my areas, I can take one top level at a
time. But that does not works with the old WSS sites.

As far as I can see that tool is for 2003. I need it for MOSS. Our
timeline for the migration is so tight that we cannot reghost them
before the migration.

The tool requires .net framwork 1.1.4. Unfortunately our servers are
running .net 2.

Any expirience with that?
