How to reset session cookies in browser?

I tried to open an item as task list for workflow. and i got error msg
like

"The form can't be displayed in the browser because the use of the
session has been disabled in the current browser settings. In order to
load the form session cookies must be allowed."

in the middle of the screen. How should I do to reset the session
cookies in my browser?

I think I recall that OOTB, SharePoint doesn't use or even allow
Session variables. I think they're disabled.

What sort of workflow  is this? Is it a .Net custom workflow? If so,
is it using Session variables?
