I have a new problem and I don't know where to begin to
trouleshoot. When a user tries to access a sight they don't have
permission to they have the option to request access. Prior to
yesterday, the request would go to the appropriate person for the
particular site and he/she could grant the appropriate access. However,
something transpired yesterday and now the email request goes to the
appropriate person, however he/she gets no options to choose what
permission. Under give permission the only choice is 'none' and under
send email it says 'undefined'. If the local administrator goes
straight to the sight he/she can add them with no issues. The
administrators are jumping down my throat as it is very inconvenient for
them to take the long road in granting permissions.
Any suggestions as to where to even look to resolve this issue?
