Email – Subscription:
When I subscribe to a file / folder I get notified by email whenever
there is a change in that file or folder. But what should I do to be
notified, if a particular file / folder is deleted, to which I have
already subscribed?


Checked-out Alert
When User A had already checked out a Word document and when User B
double clicks and opens the document, Office XP alerts that the
document had been already checked out and will open in read-only mode
only. In Office2000, it doesn't prompt but opens in a read-only
mode
and only at the time of saving, it says the document had been checked
out by a different user. How do get a prompt or alert while opening a
checked out document using Office 2000?


Disk Space of unused version
When a document is checked out and checked in for about 15 times, 15
versions of the same document is available in the SPS. Once the
document is complete and published and when no more change is going
to be done, how do I clear the unwanted versions?
