Not sure how you have identified it as a bug  already without reporting it to microsoft  PSS. The first thing is to report  the issue you are facing and your scenario to Microsoft Premier Support.
Do you want the issue to be acknowledged and considered for remediation?
If you are a Premier customer then you can open the case with MSFT, contact your MSFT account manager and he can explain you the process of opening a case with MSFT Premier support.
