Report library does not have Manage Processing Options

I am working on SSRS deployed in Sharepoint integrated mode. I want to set the caching option for my reports. However, when I visit the Report library and view the options available for each report, I am unable to find the "Manage Processing Options".

The options  became available as soon as I activated "Report Server Integration Feature" on my Site Collection.
