Report Center

When you create the Report Center site, there is a web part called Sample KPIs.
I would like to create additional web parts similar to the Sample KPIs web part
but can't seem to find out how to do this. I tried creating a web part from the
KPI List, but it does not display the indicators. I tried saving the existing
Sample KPIs web part as a template and reusing it, that did not work. When I go
into the Modify Shared Web Part view for these two web parts, they are not the
same as the Sample KPIs web part. How can I have multiple Sample PKI's web

To use a KPI web  part, you need to first create  a new KPI List. Once
the list  is created, the "items" in the list are the indicators, which
can be based on different types of source data. You then point the KPI
web part  to the KPI list.

I finally was able to setup the KPI web  parts but now I'm now having problems
configuring the indicators.
How does the KPI look at negative values? I have an excel spreadsheet that has a
column with values ranging from -63 to 50 and will be changing continuously. I
have setup an indicator for each row in the excel spreadsheet. I need to setup
the indicators  so that anything greater than 0 is green, anything between -50 to
0 is yellow and anything less than -50 is red. For some reason, the web part  is
not displaying the correct indicators especially the negative values.
I'm trying to avoid displaying the spreadsheet in an excel web access web part.
If there is no other option, then I might just have to and just shade the column
appropriately with red, yellow and green.
Does anybody have any advice?
