Is there a way of removing the Help feature on MOSS 2007? The blue icon
with a question mark (?) in it on the top right corner of the browser.

The only way I've managed to do this is to remove the appropriate piece of code
from the default.master file. Not ideal or recommended from a supportability
perspective, though.

You shouldn't remove it from the default.master file directly, but you can make
a copy of the default.master and then use a feature  to replace the master page
on your site. There are a number of good examples on the web of using a custom
master page and this would be the supported way to do it for an entire site.

If you're looking to just remove it from a single page, you could use a content
editor web part on that page and then override the style for that element
(id=TopHelpLink) and set display to "none".
