Usually Readers don't have access to MYSITE. They
can't see it at all. If you want to go ahead of
removing help  or mysite the easiest way is to open the
page on FP2003 click on it and delete.

in my case i need to remove "My Site" and "Help" because I try to
publish a portal to the Internet.

Now, regarding Frontpage - I used before this tool to edit pages from SPPS -
but, after I use it and modify my pages - these page get corrupted or something
similar. I don't know why this happens. But, for this reason I don't use so much
Frontpage. I get a message like "it appears you dont have sharepoint services
runnig or dont have frontpage extension to edit this page".

So i would prefer if you have a tip modifying directly pages from Notepad or
other editing tool. Because if I remove the nav bar, link to "Configure my site"
will dissapear too i think, don't you???

Well, as you see I have many question but... we can go with this first.
