Incoming email is setup in central admin. By default, Design permission level
allows user to setup incoming email for document library. However, I would like
to take away this specific permission from the Design permission level.
By comparing the Design level and Contribute level, I could not figure out what
permission to take away. Does anyone know which permission should I take away?
Also is it possible to disable or remove Incoming e-mail settings link under
Communications of list settings page? I googled HideCustomAction and it does not
seem like it can help either.
